River King is a 16.2+ hand 10 year old registered Oldenburg gelding by the well known sire Riverman out of a TB mare. Riverman is a leading sire of event horses in the US having produced 4 star horses R Star and Slate River among many others. River King is a successful 2 star horse and will compete at the Advanced level in 2012 until sold. He ended 2011 finishing 7th in the Poplar Place CIC** and 5th in the Chattahoochee Hills CCI**. He also has many high placings and wins This very handsome horse is a great mover, a scopey jumper, and is easy to ride. He will take a beginner out for a trail ride, pack a young rider or amateur around the prelims and intermediates, and is expected to be competitive at the advanced and 3 star level. He is that rare combination of talent and rideablity that everyone is looking for. He has never stopped on cross country or stadium.
